I landed in the marketing field by accident. As an English major, I had two options when I graduated: marketing or teaching. When I landed a marketing job, I fell in love. Since then, I’ve received two graduate degrees and began my own marketing firm, A. Love Marketing, in 2016.
And don’t get me wrong. l love using my expertise to create marketing campaigns for my business clients. While I still do some of this work, I’ve always felt passionate about helping women entrepreneurs to tell their stories. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to market my services without feeling self conscious. Even though we’re passionate about our businesses and know the value we provide to our clients, we often don’t have any clue how to share how amazing we are.
Seeking a place to connect with other women solopreneurs, I started my Facebook group. To this day, it’s still an amazing platform for us to share our wins and struggles. Often, we don’t know how important that support is until we find it. At a networking event near my home in Philadelphia, I was chatting with a group of women who didn’t even know that Facebook groups like mine existed to connect female entrepreneurs from around the world. In fact, they wanted to know how they had to pay for this support!
The Classy CEO was born from my desire to support solopreneurs through business coaching, online courses and my Facebook community. I’m obsessed with helping my clients to embrace their value, find their tribe and to create a business (and life!) they love. I love chatting with other solopreneurs so if you’d like to connect, don’t be shy! Click the button below to book a discovery call.
